Day 380 Self Commitments, Paranoia of the unknown

I commit myself to no longer allowing and accepting myself to fear facing here, be it the voice of the forked tongue - a presentation of associations leading to self interested survival where a subtle threat exists if one does not adhere to the “ voice of separation” of another, to stop here and to breath and to use details in common sense of what exists on this earth, to realize the consequences of our actions of self interest as beliefs that one thing is more than another when it is all the parts working together that is the creation of the sound of life here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that my reaction of fear is based on a past experience taught within a system of inequality, that taught, through media and education, family generational manners, and a physical lack of complete nutritional support,  which is separation from common sense here, from being so simplistically aware that what is here that exists because of men, not all bad, was created by the labor of men, many men for generations and it is only an idea that one man can do this, or that a corporation did this, as what is presented is a symbol built of ambiguity where one is lead to believe that this idol, this symbol, is THE hand that feeds us, when this is so obviously, in all common sense, senseless of the actual real physical world, as the way and the means of what has been developed was done my the collective of men, plants and animals, thus all are of equal value in and as the creation and expression of life, thus an idea of one creator is a delusion, and thus a dis-ease with life, and this is what exists all around this earth, so massive is the separation from common sense as life, thus there is only the choice of solution as walking the principle of what is best for all, as giving as we receive, to prevent further abuse and become the cure of supporting all life as being the value, here.

I commit myself to slowing myself down and breathing, and seeing realizing and understanding the spinning images in and as my mind, the paranoise built of associations in separation from life, as limited value, as this limited value of idols as what i have accepted and allowed, to see, realize and understand how I have as mind become an unknown of common sense of here, and a veil of limited associative thinking of no practical common sense so separate have I aliled myself to become from what is real, the physical , this that I cannot exist without, as the breath reveals; no breath, no life.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that what was placed within is what comes out, and thus I have accepted and allowed an expression for limitation as life of which I have become of lesser substance as energy, which because it is in separation and unequal to life, feeds off of life, and consumes my human physical body as this is myself rejecting life for a lesser illusionary god of what is a more than instead of realizing myself as equality and oneness to and as the physical world in all practical common sense.

I commit myself to no longer reacting to stories of men raping women, to a belief that a woman is dirty after being touched by a man, which makes no common sense because this is actually saying that a man makes a woman dirty, which means that the men have abdicated themselves as life in projecting their “ dirt” onto women instead of facing themselves as what possesses them which they have accepted and allowed and instead of seeing women as life, as equal and one to and as them, and realizing that one does not do  to another what one does not want done unto them, means that the only awareness of a limitation in and as a belief that in itself cries its own lack of common sense, so separate and divided is the expression into and as mind as idea within such acts, which are in effect no different than the so called representatives of our countries who fear the masses becoming aware when this in all common sense is the way out of the behavioral issues on this earth, to allow life to be, which means to educate the life that is here as the forms that are here, that are composed of life, or they would not exist, which means organizing a system that respects life, as giving what is needed to live in dignity, as supporting the form of life here, as human, plant and animal, through nationalizing what is freely given and what is a form of simple organization, as the natural resources and banking systems, and realizing that it is the labor of men that create the value, it is the many hands of men that create the values from the resources, thus for a corporation to move “ off shore” claim ownership and then place all debt and liability onto the very hands of men that create the value, and then within the media to tout an icon as a symbol being what creates is so massive an illusion, as this is the veil that creates the ambiguity and the un before the known, where we as mind resonantly become the limited values as associations projected through media, through word, thus through education and through generations as our parents composed of same separations into limitations where the manifestation of this is caused by each and every one of us having existed in separation of equality and oneness to and as life, thus we created this, as we believed one thing to be more than another, and thus each must walk the correction, through self forgiveness of limited ideas, beliefs and opinions accumulated as these self interested aggrandizements were in separation from life and must be realized and equalized to life, as this is a gift to realize life, to become stable and strong within and as, equal and one to, life.

I commit myself to no longer reacting to the ego of others, and to stop and breath when and as I find myself physically constricting within, to first slow down,  to take note of my own reactions and thus fears, my own me-mories, my own desires and beliefs, my own fear of loss, my own characters , my own automatic characters, to slow down ( once again) and to breath, and to see , realize and understand the separation of my own infinite design of a halo encircling my head filled with images and imaginations and  words all merged together as a paranoise consuming me as consciousness and creating a fear of an unknown as I block myself ability as common sense of the known and the support of myself as life, the physical here.

I commit myself to seeing, realizing and understanding that the only thing that is real is the physical, and the paranormal is the mind as consciousness, my thoughts, emotions and feelings the entity of my separation from here, from life.

I commit myself to walking, breathing, slowing down, self forgiving, self correcting until I am equal and one as my within being equal and one to my without, this actual physical, real world, to birth myself into and as life here, to bring heaven to earth here, to remove the paranoia that is simply a separation from life.

I commit myself to speaking up about BIG to realize what is here must support what is here, to create a dignified life on earth, to enable this earth to stand equal and one to and as life, as this is the life on earth as men, proving themselves worthy of life here, and practically realizing that it is the realization that life is the value, by the many that is the way to bringing life here on earth, as what must be sounded is the realization that life is the value on earth, in thought, word and deed.

Day 379 The unknown and facing others.

The unknown and facing others

What is it that unnerves me within facing others? facing other human beings? I tense up and constrict within. Within performing on stage I had the instrument and the notes as a structure to stabilize myself within. Thus what is that which I allow as separation into limitation that destabilizes me when facing others and how can I stabilize myself within facing others? Self forgiveness of the limitation only, and self correction within and as what is here, as the physical, as practical solutions within the principle of what is best for all, absolutely directive within and as this. Putting an end to the un before the known, the know being the physical reality, here, the gift of life, that which man cannot live without, as the breath of men is what allows life, here.

As a woman catering to the emotional needs of another is catering  to emotional/feeling bodies as past experiences that are based on limited values, as memories as reactions in separation from common sense here, as this a developed character  that is personified as a constant survival mode visible in the words expressed and a body language of tension and constriction.  This personification is a constant self validation of what maintains a place in a system/hierarchy/grid of inequality, where the degree of awareness of this actual physical world in function varies and the personification adheres to the level of manipulation learned triggered not by actual reality, but by the values projected and/or rejected within that projection as protection and defense of self in fear of criticism and through criticism,  or/and through  a change in topic. The change in topic is self interest driven towards self validation. Sometimes something is repeated, like a program not having any other vocabulary to use, and sometimes irritation comes up like a threat where a truth is stated and then a value is placed onto as opposing directive, much like turning a victim into a perpetrator. I suppose there is another word for this: a process of agreeing with a fact and then creating a relationship that is valid yet tying this to another relative value. I recently had a situation where the value went to the market value and not what was best for the environment. The person with whom I spoke could see nothing but the market value. They became a broken record as though this was the only choice. Regardless it was interesting to see what I have been studying within the desteni I process play out in reality to such a degree. Really caused some agitation. It is this agitation that causes this woman role within me to want to be reactive, I fear being the cause of upset. The problem is that looking at reality is going to upset limitation, is going to require a deconstruction in order for the present order to realize that the value is life. This upset appears disconcerting, but it is actually the opposite, as realigning to the physical is realigning to what is structurally real, and what is the real support and what is the way to life. The stability on the other side of that limited energetic possession of ideas and beliefs and opinions in separation from reality, is walking through the state of fear - forgiving oneself to and as it, and then correcting in alignment with common sense -  of uncertainty of existing in a paranormal character unstable because physical reality, what is real, is denied and thus unknown. What is real, and what is known, is a state that is fluid as this is being in common sense of physical reality, equality and oneness with physical reality. I mean, just look, the existent power structures are not taking care of this earth, thus the personification of our leaders is not supportive, the facade of doing good is just this, it is a facade, what is playing out physically is another story, one that must end. For this there is a solution, BIG, a basic income grant, where freely given resources are used to support men equally, this means nationalizing what supports life, to end the behavioral issues caused by lack on earth, and to allow each point, as each man, woman and child to become self responsible as life. To believe that this is impossible is a program easy to realize in the inherent belief that the masses need knowledge and information withheld, which admits that the masses can realize and understand. It is only the voice of self validation in self interest that would tout the idea that the masses/herd need to be suppressed, a slight of hand manipulation that in itself is an imagination of fear.. This is weakness admitting the strength of the collective standing together. Time to stop the forked tongue of opposition that we as a system allow, the common good vs. profit, as this is the war we have accepted and allowed.  Here, as this form, we create inequality and thus, deny life, and we see this all over this earth. We do not need another abusive war that is an act of self interest and denial of life.  War is a spiteful act of fear, non-directive within common sense that there is enough on this earth to support life. Becoming life on earth is becoming heaven on earth. All is here, all is given, it is only a separation as self interest that separates us from this.

Back to myself here, within my point of reaction to self interested manipulation. I cannot be inferior to such behaviors, nor can I allow superiority/righteousness . The only thing i can do is use common sense and look at what physically structurally exists, as limitations , and direct within this as best I can, which will take practice. To begin it is to forgive the thoughts/thought that I may be “ hurting someone’s feelings”, “ not being considerate of another’s values and emotions”, or “potentially creating an enemy”, or “ will not be liked” or “ could possible lose something”, or  “ will be rejected and no longer have friends”; obviously there are probably more thoughts , as paranoise, that may come up, these will also have to be forgiven as this process unfolds. In the end, I cannot get to the known unless I remove the fear, as my own un-directive/unstructured con-sciousness/mind,  undoing of myself as life, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought that another may no longer “ like” me if I do not cater to their characters and personifications.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become paranoid when talking with another human being and thus lose all common sense of what is real, and thus lose all common sense of respect for life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that it is my responsibility as a woman to support the survival mode of another.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought that in not supporting a survival mode of another I will be “ hurting their feelings.”

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that in NOT attending to another’s feelings and emotions, I am actually being supportive and respectful of life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to call out about the emotions and feelings of another as realizing the fear that is the separation and practicing a common sense of bringing this fear back down to earth in common sense within the principle of what is best for all as the physical reality.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought, as ego, as I notice this within, that because I may begin to understand this somewhat, that I instantly know how to do this, which is a red flag that i must breath and slow down and stabilize within and as myself before I speak, as I have accepted and allowed a protection and defense as righteousness for a long time and this is going to take time to align within what is best for all.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought that another trying to “ push their emotions onto me” is rude, as I was taught this from my father, which in some ways makes sense but is not acceptable as a reaction, as this is not an action that is what prevents such events to cure such behavior that only is myself becoming superior and thus within a state of blame instead of alignment in thought, word and deed within the principle of what is best for all, which is equality and oneness with and as the physical world here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought that in not - as the role of a woman - properly.systemically becoming a character of “ considering the emotions and feelings of another” - to judge myself as somehow doing something “ wrong” -  and in this moment instead to breath through this limited belief, slow myself down and look in common sense of here and become directive within this focus. as in many ways this is me without as I am equal and one as life, here.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to have the thought that  in no longer answering to the emotions and feelings of another I will “become an enemy” and thus “no longer have friends”, and then, as well to have the thought that   “ there is something to lose.“

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that these thoughts are based on an idea in separation from life which I have allowed to become the character of myself as this is acting for learned behaviors that support the divisions within a system that is in itself divided from a common sense of the physical earth, this which is real. 

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to react to what i have accepted and allowed in separation from life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become blame as a reaction of anger towards such behavior within and without.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to go into blame and thus protection and defense mode for an ego, instead of letting this go and remaining here, in common sense of what is absolutely directive within the principle of what is best for all, here.

Day 378 Self Forgiveness of the unknown.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to believe that I cannot know something, that what is here cannot be seen, realized and understood, when it is clearly, physically obvious how plants grow and healthy animals are maintained, how the soils when fecund function and support life, where it is obvious that fracking is polluting the environment, and government officials are  past and/or present coworkers with huge corporate industries who have no regard for life on earth, for the environment, and thus to believe that I cannot know and thus cannot walk the necessary steps to create a world where all life is supported on earth is simply to not look here in common sense of this real, supportive physical world.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that all reactions within and as me as blame are not a solution, as they are an act of blame and not a corrective focused action that creates a change and thus becomes the change into and as life, here, as life would life unless self as life is rejected into and as ideas of one thing being more than another, when this flies in the face of reality, as there are many parts to an orchestra where some move slow, some are deep, some are rhythmic and come are melodic, and yet all the parts support the whole, thus to judge and force a one size fits all scenario on earth is to ignore the sound of life here, and is simply a means of  limitation as power and thus ignorance as what power over many as in developing a centralized regime in opposition to how earth, the physical world functions is in fact a disease in separation from life, here.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand when and as I go into judgement that I am in effect going into blame and not standing as a solution within and as what allows life to exist absolutely here on this earth, where life on earth is being lived in dignity with the abundant resources that exist, where it is an idea of the disease of power centralizing power and creating a cognitive dissonance from the sound of life in support of a disease of separation from and as life, as the systems we have accepted and allowed on earth presently reveal with the focus on drones and war before the focus on what supports and takes care of the life that is here in ensuring all life is supported in dignity as the value is life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that the idea of heaven is of lesser dimension, is an illusion that is the extent of separation man has accepted and allowed, and that a separate “ heaven” no longer exists and thus what exists in the minds of men as consciousness of the individual accepted and allowed separation from life here, this separation being blame and spite in fearior to life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not take the time to slow down and breath, to see, realize and understand what is here, as the forms of laws that are created to protect a centralized regime of power as what is known, as what is physically obvious, is that life on earth is not being supported, prevalent in the amount of animals abuse, ecological abuse, human abuse thus in all common sense the present system is not a governing body that supports life, it governs the disease of centralized power for a few, they themselves in a state of disease and in separation from life, as had they realized that life is the value, then such would have been their actions, so, it is the responsibility of the collective to realize that what is here can he known and understood and that it is only the cognitive dissonance as limited  values and warped reality that is proposed by the system, that in itself is not all bad, that must be realigned within a principle of what is best for all, of what respects this physical world as this world is what is real, of substance, that gives absolutely without judgement.

I commit myself to, when and as I feel a sense that I do not know, to stop and to breath and to investigate the actual real physical world, even in the face of beliefs that i have learned and accepted from parents and a media that is controlled by a centralized regime within a representative government where most of the Congressmen have incomes that far exceed the living standards of the people they represent, where our government officials even have a different health care package than what they give to those they represent, which is no longer a democracy and thus it is the responsibility of the people, the collective to stand and to vote in a system that supports the life on this earth and thus to stop supporting a disease with life as is the nature of power , as is a belief that one thing on earth is more than another,  this idea a separation from life which must be brought back to physical reality as what is real, the physical.

I commit myself to slowing myself down and breathing to see realize and understand the reactions I allow myself to exist as, to observe these reactions as being based on limited ideas, beliefs and opinions of one thing being more than another, as myself acting in protection and defense of myself being of limited values and this in separation from what is real, the physical, here, as thoughts as judgements accumulate and become emotional feeling bodies that are experienced the actual waste of thoughts as judgements, and thus it is the waste of self as life that is experienced as emotions and feelings, a gift when realized as the mechanism of separation and the outflow of judgement and self grandeur, to then forgive the thoughts, the emotions and feelings as that which separates self from life, here, to see realize and understand the energetic experiences within self are where self is in separation from here, from life, and to realize that the present system simply mirrors this behavior, thus to change earth it is to realize that there is as much waste of life within each human as there is waste of life without, and that this waste started within each of us as thoughts more one value being more than another, that  one thing is more than another, that as consciousness, as mind we judge and the separation of our judgement accumulates into emotional energetic experiences, the fire that consumes the flesh, where the ultimate separation is death instead of equality and oneness with this actual physical world.

I commit myself to breathing to slowing down and no longer allowing the thoughts in and as my mind, taught for generations to be what directs me here, when and as a thought exists I stop and I breath, and I forgive the thought, the judgement, and I direct myself within and as the principle of what is best for all, as this can be known.

I commit myself to no longer allowing and accepting myself to direct myself according to emotional experiences, as these I forgive, and then direct myself within and as what is best for all, here, as I realize and understand that my emotions and feelings are based on obsessive thoughts and thus the accumulated experience of separation from being in practical common sense here, which means being equal and one to and with and as the actual physical world here.

377 Remove the "UN" from the Known. Walk the ordinary to the extraordinary.

If we are so busy with our governments and corporations collecting data to watch the movements of men, then we admit that we are, or those that have the money and the political means to bring the collection of such,  watching the score, watching what is happening as the behavior/movement of men. Triggers are developed to direct this movement, and in a system of inequality, it is the ones who have the money maintain that inequality. And then, when the ones with the gains feel that their “ special” territory is potentially being taken, they tighten the controls, create dramas to justify the controls and cover the drama, sensationalize the drama as being a benefit. We have had so many such dramas in history, and yet the controls continue to need to be tightened, which means it has not worked. Think of running your own house, how much you think about how to balance your finances and maintain a balance, and worry about one thing going wrong , like the fridge failing, or the furnace failing, or the car accumulating miles , needing to be replaced. If things go, where is the money going to come from?

It really is no different for those who have more, who have that big estate and are used to having more, they worry and fret, just as you do, only it is on a scale of believing that they justifiably need what they have, as the order of the hierarchy is justified even when it abuses the earth. The values within the present system have been made bigger than reality, than the actual physical world and how it functions.  It is like we are all in a hollywood movie, and that movie that is of a “ time” that has no consequence, no process exposed, it is a time where the ordinary is magically the extraordinary, and the physical, in all practical common sense does not work that way. The only way to the extra-ordinary is to walk the ordinary, the little steps needed to become aware of what is here and how here works. It is not that the singular values in the extraordinary, as that grand estate , are bad, it is that they are warped out of proportion with this earth, and to get that, taking from another has become the para-norm of our existence in time with a hollywood movie that really lacks so much detail, and like that movie what is created is a human that is like a manikin, unable to really do anything, understand anything, and is just a polished face with a smile plastered as a singular presentation that has no depth perception of reality. I mean really!

So the ones with the extreme wealth are doing the same thing as the rest of us, comparing and contrasting the parts of the system to ensure that we remain in our position within the grid of inequality that is in separation from the physical world, losing common sense of the physical, so prevalent in the abuse covering this earth, and this abuse is destructive, ignorance is destructive.

There is systemic ownership, false idols as signatures placed on paper, by men, in spite of the common sense that what is here on this earth is given as life, to be life, to support life. A tree needs the soil, and the air and the water , and all the microorganisms to transfer the proteins and the lipids and the sugars and and and, so that that tree can become a structure that supports life. Without these things, that tree cannot survive, and thus cannot provide air for the human and the animals to exist. This grid of inequality cannot exist without the physical world. Yet, we are all so caught up in survival, in this system, that we have separated ourselves from common sense, as our physical bodies being aware of what the physical world is providing us with, freely.

Our behaviors that ignore this earth, are the limitations we have accepted and allowed, the separations from the physical world: we are being limited, we are abusing within being limited, and we are suppressing what is natural within us, an ability to sense this actual physical world. We have focused ourselves into limited ideas about what we are, and denied the development of our common sense of the physical world to such an extent that is is as though we have the walking dead all over this earth, and by dead I mean humans who have no idea of how to direct themselves within common sense responsibility, and then we blame that behavior on the object. This does not make any sense because that object is a product of a system that is unequal with life, unequal in consideration of the actual real supporting physical world.

Thus, our behaviors are our paranoia, our para-data of limited design competing with itself to survive through comparison with limited values that do not consider reality, as this actual freely given physical world that is life.

The existence of lesser dimensions hovering over earth, as heaven, is the extent to which we have, over time, become separate from the actual real physical world. And some of our children cannot even read the words on the pages of our books, as they are so inundated with knowledge and in-form-mation that they have no attention HERE. This is how loud our paranoia has become. This is how great our separation from reality has become. It is extensive. And it is extremely destructive, just look around, open a newspaper, read the internet stories. Hiding in your home in front of your screen is not going to stop this, someone else out there- especially our political representative adhering to the present system, are not going to take care of this, they are as terrified as yourself, and their goal is to protect their assets at this point. What has to happen is a collective behavior of standing up and realigning this system to one that realizes the physical world is what is real, is what is tangible, is what stabilizes us and allows us to walk the ordinary into the extra-ordinary as this is the gift of life, this is the process of becoming one and equal to and as life.

Thus what is here cannot become self responsible if it does not have a cared for physical tool as the human body and the environment on which it stands to support it in its walk, in its process of understanding the common ground , step by step to become one and equal in understanding this actual physical, real, world. Thus the physical world has basic needs to sustain itself, the ability to be aware is given to meet the needs of the physical. So, the natural resources of each country are given, are the land on which the physical beings stand and walk, and thus this is the physical taking care of, providing for itself. No one can own this, this is just an idea, that is consciousness, the mechanism of separation, this is the manifestation of separation, called fear, it is self in-fear of life, of the physical, thus paranoia is being inferior to life, it is all the behaviors that are of separation that we see playing out and destroying this earth. And those with the most are behaviors of fear  they are busy collecting data to ensure their ownership, their false idol of ownership as money, so separate are they, and all of us because we are allowing this, from common sense of this actual physical world. The media, the Boston bombing, is like the scream of fear, the scream of protection and defense, for a very limited and destructive system that is an idea that things can be owned and that life, as men, are the problem, when it is self as one’s thoughts, opinions and ideas, as consciousness that is simply a separation from life.

The solution within this hollywood of separation, as consciousness is to start using our common sense. What is here, as the resources that are needed to support the physical, cannot be owned, they are here to support life, to allow life to flow with ease here, to allow the physical forms that are here to walk the ordinary to become the extra-ordinary as life here, and thus to create life on earth, as heaven on earth.

Thus, it is suggested to nationalize the resources of this earth, of each area, to support the life that is there, to ensure that behaviors of lack no longer exist. Within this, money flows because the resources are supporting the physical and allowing it to move, and thus those who comes up with what takes a human beyond basic needs can continue to invent and develop and capitalize on their efforts. One cannot capitalize if there is no one to move that money around, just as a tree cannot exist and provide air is its physical needs are not met. And a human is obviously of much greater design than anything man has created, so why not use what is here? In all common sense. Take care of your home and it will function beautifully, but it has basic needs and considerations otherwise it is going to fall apart. So a system that has an established basic income to provide the basic needs of the physical allows this physical world to function, to then be self responsible and then to interact and participate, so there must be an element of social development and allowance as a given, and then those who have the drive, can earn more for their efforts, but they are  nothing if the physical world as the society of me are not functioning and this world is destroyed, I mean in the destruction we are allowing, there is not going to be anywhere to drive to! And those images of no dimension on a screen cannot sustain the physical, it is an impossibility. Just try to stop breathing and see what happens! You will no longer exist.

All natural resources that sustain life, that are needed to live, must be nationalized to provide the income and support of the physical world, and many of the behaviors of lack, which is what poverty, self abuse, animal abuse, environmental abuse, are they are behaviors that lack common sense, and this, this means that the physical is not being given its basic needs to use its own common sense as life. As life, is common sense of itself, it is lack that separates life as itself from its own common sense because it does not have the strength and of its physical body and the educational understanding, and thus common sense of itself and how the physical functions. A car cannot function without gas, a human cannot function without food, and depending on the fuel placed in the form and the physical, it will function within limited means. Blaming those in lack is simply pointing out the lack and is an action that is not directive in solving the problem. Within this, everything that is here has to be looked at, taking one aspect and just applying this is ignorance, as it ignores that what is here as this physical earth, exists because of the interaction of all of its parts, the ordinary actions of all the parts manifest the extra-ordinary of the earth, that is life, here.

Day 376 Covering the known with data in self interest as consciousness in separation from life

Today I was talking with  friend on mine, someone I have known for years. I watched his eyes, sometimes they look cross-eyed, as though they are reading a script, accessing information from somewhere else, knowledge and information. THen I got in my car, and I found myself doing this, as though I had become the other. And I have been dizzy at times this week. Very odd, I have to breath, slow down, just breath. Sometimes I feel like I just try and read the forms of other’s logic, interspersed with commentary, laughing at what forms don’t match what is the knowledge and information of themselves. I have to slow down and breath, and try to see what the fuzzy logic is that I am doing, and disregard the commentary of self interest, the values spoken, because if I become the commentary on the comparison as the form, I will not be able to see the movement of how what was said was formed and how this can be improved. At the moment I try to simplify. The contexts of form vary so much, what is inferenced by one might not be by another, so it takes patience.

On another front, it seems our government, which is us, a reflection of us, as our government is composed of people, is collecting data and then using data to create more data, or meta data, molded and reformed in self interest, creating a scenario where anything can be woven into a straight jacket to protect the self interest of profit, of dividend for a few: the flow of money to a few who believe that they are deserving because they have created beliefs that one form of organization is more than another, when it is all of us that have allowed lack and abundance, suppressing life, thus we cannot blame those in lack alone. This whole state of being in separation from a common sense of this actual physical world, this world that is the real support of life, this world that is the real value, within simply being here equal and one with what is real. It is this process of endless division, that creates a meta world, a world of paranoia, as it is a paranormal existence creating a paranoise of destruction and abuse, as it has created a world of ideas being more than life. Conscious human hubris in a bubble, a metaphysical existence of judgement, beliefs that one thing is more than another, an order of inequality with life. One thing being made more than another is a lack of insight into the balance and forgiving expression of life as life, to warp reality into judgement and thus create friction and conflict as the expression of life is forced to uphold a more than and suppress creating a lack. Unstable ground is the outcome, the destruction of the physical world, which is not being equal to here, to life.

I commit myself to slowing myself down whenever I notice a comment about what i am, within myself or without, to see, realize and understand that the comment is always a self protection and defense of self’s order as self’s collection of values in self interest.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that the forms of order, the rota of collections of beliefs, opinions and ideas are often “ backwards” which allows a straw horse effect.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that within this what must be looked at is the total form of what has been accepted and allowed as my own way of thinking to see, realize and understand how i have built what it is as the knowledge and information that creates the character of what I am as how I express myself as what I place as more value before other values, and to see, realize and understand that my order of value, may not meet another’a and to realize that this is just this, an order of values and this order within itself limited, and thus the only solution and prevention is to investigate what would be best for all as this actual physical world, as this physical world is what supports life, and thus this physical world is the gift of life, to direct me to becoming one and equal to and as life, in communicating and existing equal and one to and with what is real the physical, thus within this, what supports this actual real physical world is the only choice, as this is the opportunity to be and become an expression of life, here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that within this, I can be only patience and self forgiveness to what is here, even as the voices of men within limited systems of selected values that are not in consideration of what is best for all, as there is not life until all life is supported and equal to and as and with this actual physical world, that which is the gift of life, here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that when I feel dizzy, it is myself in separation from what is real, where I realize I am existing within limited values that I am deconstructing to realign myself back into a process of realizing the separations from life that i have accepted and allowed within and without.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that self validation is a separation from life.

I commit myself to  seeing realizing and understanding that i am my own sequences of values which I protect and defend as what I believe that i am, such sequences existing as chains of positive and negative values, where I validate the good within and without through manipulation and reject the negative in fear of loss of the good I accept that is of limited value as it is my own personal pacifier from becoming myself as life here, accepting life here.

I commit myself to seeing realizing and understanding that whatever righteousness I exist as is a protection and defense for the self validations I have accepted and allowed in fear of my order of survival being pushed off the table to inequality into what appears as mind to be an abyss of nothing/death, when this is just the loss of my separation from life, and having said this to realize that such self allowance by men , has created a system that supports a paranormal, metaphysical existence of limited values as associations and relatives that are in separation from practical physical reality with which the disregard of life is causing abuse and destruction of this physical world, and as this is what exists, to not reject but to accept and realign back to and with the physical through self correction within the principle of what is best for all, as this actual physical world.

I commit myself  to no longer reacting to the orders of others and myself but to stop and to look and to realize the limitations accepted and allowed, and to bring these back down to earth, to bring what is paranoid, what is paranormal, back into a common sense of this actual physical world and what would be a normal supportive existence in respect of life here.

I commit myself to seeing , realizing and understanding that in approaching situations within judgement as a lesser evil choice, I am accepting a limitation, and have not regarded what is best for all, as the only choice, and within this allowed myself to remain stable within directing myself with respect for all life, this which is the profit of life, to regard all life with respect as it is me and I am it, where there is not real expression of life until all life is supported as life being the value, and as it very visible on earth at present, what exists is a system of war as profit, thus division in greed, as war is conflict and destruction, in separation as ideas, beliefs and opinions that one thing is more than another, which is judgement, and we have been warned/told that the way and means of becoming a living word is to judge not lest ye be judged.

I commit myself to myself to seeing realizing and understanding that the UN known is simply the separation from the known as the physical as the gift of life, creating relationships and associations of value judgements as beliefs leading to self righteousness and behaviors of self validation of lesser substance as energy feeding off the physical world, creating alternate realities as consciousness in separation from the gift of life as the actual real physical world, here.

When and as I find myself within thought, I stop and I breath and I see realize and understand that thought into and as a solution as what is best for all, to bring myself back to the physical and realize what is normal as what is supportive of all life to realize what will being heaven on earth, as this is the only choice.

When and as I realize I am existing within fear of loss, as survival as thought of limited values, I stop and I breath and I slow myself down and realize as consciousness I am a collection of data, as mind as a web of associations into metadata that serves my own self interest survival in a system of inequality that is a system of separation from life, and thus a system that lacks the voice of life, a system that has, as a consumerist system in self interest supporting a few,  denied the voice of the people, the real voice of democracy, the voice of the people as life, meaning there is no voice of the people as life until all people are fed with what supports the physical absolutely, educated to understand themselves as life, housed with the basic needs of the physical body met,  as anything else is a crime against life and thus a paranormal destructive order in separation from common sense of this actual real, cannot-be-owned world the gift as  the value to be an expression one and equal to and as life, here as the the physical.

375 Paranoia of the unKNOWN Self Forgiveness Thought

So, I am constricting in my back, trying to balance what is going on , where I notice a lot of imagination as my characters coming up and taking my attention, which I allow, the paranormal behaviors that fit a grid of inequality, where it is believed that scarcity must exist as an order, and this order has created disorder and thus the form is unequal to life as it is destructive, thus inequality does not work.

If children can learn to speak another language at a very young age, even grow up in a household where they learn to speak two languages as young children, then they obviously can learn to speak many words in a short period of time. Then why do our school systems function in teaching so few words every year, every grade year? Would this not slow the child down and diminish an obviously innate capacity. And how does this relate to inequality, an order as inequality, that believes in scarcity, in purposeful development of lack, which in essence is suppression, confinement? This would mean that the ability of a person to express as life is not accepted and allowed and known how to direct within being its own absolute purpose as its capacity. This is like, being a fear of being directive, of living. Perhaps inherent in this is a fear that someone might gain, get ahead of another, and this scares the hell out of someone. There are times in our lives where we learn to walk and thus need the aid of others, and times when we help others to walk, it is not just one or the other, it is an ebb and flow between the two in expansion. Our present system tries to fix us in one or the other, which suits a system of forced order, as denying development. Such a system denies common sense, ignores what is here, based on fear, based on paranoia, based on a paranormal judgement, a disallowance of a norm, the norm being life, as the capacity of a human in full expression. In this, nature is symbiotic, many things working together in all space of this earth, it is not a monoculture, thus, men, can do many things , learn many things, being equal and one with the ground of earth. Inhibit the capacity of men, is to inhibit the communicative capacity of men with the rest of this physical existence, and then to build a structure that tries to order a system of lack, which would only create disorder, which is what we see on earth at present. 

The present structure is one of limitation instead of normal awareness the human is developmentally capable of as the child able to learn language with ease when it is given the opportunity. In a way, the development of the child within language is the equalizing of the child to the sound of men, a lack will disable the child to become equal to life, as the very substance of communication, equality, is denied.  It is no different than placing a cow in a confined cage. As I have said before , and we see on this earth, monocultures do not work. And yet, as we have developed this earth, at present we may have to continue some of the things we have allowed in order to reorder ourselves to become equal with this common ground of earth, and we can do this with as little abuse as possible. For instance, there is enough field to allow the cows out into pastures to graze. And, our children can be exposed to language and order, for which they crave. Children in a classroom will take order and direction, they crave it really. When a teacher leaves the room, a teacher they come to depend on, they will become unnerved, which is tragic, because these children should feel self empowered, comfortable in being here, self directive in a situation where they as humans have come together to absorb some understanding as a group. if their understanding was clear, then there would not be any dis-ease, what-so-ever. Such uncertainty means that the order of this world is not working, it is not creating a state of ease and awareness. This needs to be realized and changed, as these children really should feel welcomed and equal to this world they are in, enjoying the process of becoming aware of this world, knowing that they are here, nurtured and developing themselves in becoming equal in awareness with where they are as beings. This having been said, the only choice on earth is a directive within an absolute purpose of being aware of physical existence, of the very substance that forms this physical existence. In this, our present system denies the gift of life, the gift of learning to work with the very substance of what creates this world.

I take this into my present deconstruction of my own paranoia of the unknown. I have noticed, in my 51 years in earth, that often my minds I/eye will imagine a doom and gloom scenario about the future, or an event that I will face in the morrow, and then when I go to face the situation,  the outcome is not at all what i imagined in my mind. Then I go home, relieved and realizing I was an idiot, to have imagined the worst case scenario, and how I wasted my time dreaming such, when I could have, weeded the garden, for example, or sat down and taken care of some paper work, or  sat and listened to my son. And I realized the moment is gone, and I spent it worrying, being paranormal; so busy in fear, being infearior to here, in common sense.

Now, imagine that we have built a system equal to such behavior? And that, this system in reflection to such behavior is controlling us from without. Imagine a child coming to a parent who is in worry, and speaking something, that parent will more than likely, because they are in gloom and doom, react, as the fantastic gloom and doom horror, absent from the actual physical practical living action, is where the parent is instead of being present in the moment. This creates a present of mixed dimensions, the real one here, and the imagined one as one’s mind: and this in a system that is a consequence of such action. In essence we have created a paranormal society. In my worry, I am living a fear of a unknown, instead of using common sense, which means being equal to what is physically here, practically looking here at this earth, at this actual physical world. Now, imagine not even having the communication skills to be able to realize this? Imagine having been raised in an environment of paranormal activity, where the parents are always in fear, inferior to here economically, as they have become second to a outward manifestation of an inward state of being that in itself was in separation from practical physical reality? This becomes one big dimensional mess. And our present system cannot clear this up, the only way is to develop life, to be and become equal to this actual physical world, as what each human has the capacity to do because they are the very substance of life!

Thus, my paranoia of the unknown is myself fearing to become aware of here, to learn to walk here, to speak about here, to speak about the accepted and allowed paranoia. I cannot become intimate with here if I do not speak about what i have accepted and allowed as what is in my mind, as how i have separated myself from here, even as what i fear losing, as in judging myself as less than another, to look at this and realize what I am not understanding in common sense as this physical world. And, within this, to realize, that what is here at present is a consequence of eons of not having accepted and allowed life as the value, thus what is here is in depression, so to speak, and must be realigned to becoming equal and one to life. The paranormal must be dispersed and forgiven and life accepted. This is where ease with life exists.

So, I am going to start with self forgiveness on being worry and fear, allowing imagination of gloom and doom, and within this realizing that the present system is a consequence of generations of such behavior, and thus will need realignment and common sense in working with this system trying to order a separation from life not seeing itself, its own systemic limitation in trying to order and structure  existent limitations within its parts when the parts themselves are what makes the whole, thus the parts as the human within must be cared for and taught self direction as life, at ease with life, as the very substance of what each part is the composition of, thus able to learn and expand in awareness to become self directive as life, here, where then the whole will function as life because the parts of life are equal and one to life. This will end the present expression of scarcity as life, as what we have allowed. 

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear for the future.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become a paranormal imagination of fear of loss, of worry, of gloom and doom, in separation from life, as such imagination is not myself equal and one to and as life in practical common sense of this actual physical world, and where in separation from that scenario of which I imagine in fear and try to control from afar, I physically have no ability to exist in common sense because I am not physically present within the situation, and to realize within this, that yes, some situations require preparation, meaning I cannot just walk into a dance performance, for example, and expect to be able to perform, thus it is to also realize in common sense that I must prepare myself of which if I use my common sense as myself within myself, I can see when I have prepared myself for that which I am responsible and when I have not.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that if I am unprepared, it is for me to perhaps realize how i spent my time, was I more existing in fear, or was I directing myself, walking myself into becoming aware of what i was doing?

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand what I am in thought, word and deed with each and every breath I take to realize how I am directing myself in every moment, when I am allowing paranormal activity in and as my mind and when I am being practical as in walking the steps and practice necessary to do what i have taken on as a responsibility within my life, and within this to realize that it is often my own fear and imagination as mind that limits my actions here in the physical.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to express myself within and as my secret mind, to reveal to myself my own judgements that are limited as in accepting limited values in how i look, what i say, etc. and to realize this is a paranormal state of being, which is a state of limited dimension, and this abusive and disrespectful of life, and as such I miss what is here in common sense, and when common sense is not the consequence of my life, I must stop and realize I have not lived as common sense, thus my existence has an outcome of no respect to and towards common sense because I ignored this! Thus, I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to abdicate my own self responsibility as life, and to become blame or spite, because this is simply more of the same, myself in separation from life,  ignoring common sense of what is here as life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to think in protection and defense, in worry and fear of loss, instead of being practical with what exists, here and becoming a practice of being equal and one to and as this actual physical existence in common sense in respect of life, for which the reward of that life will respect me back.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to not see, realize and understand that the only way for myself to become aware is to pay my respects to life, as this life around me is me, as all is of the same substance in and as life.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to become a fear of the unknown, to make this an imagination so huge, I separate myself from myself as life, and limit myself within being able to communicate, as all that exists as my mind within this inferior state is restriction and thus this is what I will become because this is what I have practiced, and thus I cannot blame another for what I have accepted and allowed, as I am life, and thus as life, I direct myself, and since this life as me is of same substance as all that is here, there really is no one that can do this for me, thus it is only myself that can direct myself as life, and within this to realize that since this inner abdication of life has existed to the point where it is manifested without, there are many suffering to such a degree that those of us that have the chance to read articles on the internet, we are the ones who must stand and be the change to heaven on earth through equality and oneness, which means supporting all life absolutely, which means allowing life to be life, which means a systemic form of equal support, as Equal Money,  so that those in extreme lack can begin to stand as themselves, self directive as life, so that each part stand as life and thus creating a whole that is of life absolutely.

I forgive myself for allowing and accepting myself to fear facing the unknown, and within this to see, realize and understand that I am the one allowing and accepting the existence of an unknown, and that it is myself as this unknown that creates a paranormal existence of ambiguous understanding and thus respect for the life that I am, the gift given to be and express here as life.

I forgive myself for not allowing and accepting myself to see, realize and understand that allowing myself to exist within paranoia, I am accepting and allowing paranormal activity in and as my mind, and thus limiting my awareness of the normal actual, real physical world, where I must realize that the eye of the needle, meaning equality and oneness with and as life, is through common sense of this substantive world as earth, as the physical; as the present limited and separate behaviors and projections of the mind ( and even the projections two feet above the ground of this earth, that  are of lesser dimension and that no longer exist ) are what has been made bigger than life within each human as fear and anxiety in fear of loss scenarios as imagination,  now being maintained by an outward system mirroring this inner state, thus the only solution is to start within each of us to walk self forgiveness within our separations  and to come back down to earth, to walk in practical common sense of life , here, and from here to begin to place into existence policies which support life absolutely, to be and become a directive principle of equality and oneness as what is best for all as our absolute purpose being to respect what we are as life.
